The method of Solid Sense

At Solid Sense we start with a personalised plan for your employee. We then reflect on their talents with a view to possibilities in the labour market.

When a person is confronted with challenges in this area, we have everything in house for a tailor-made approach. Could testing and training help, for example? What about improving communication, presentation skills or job application training? Thanks to short lines of communication and solution-focused technique (ref. Insoo Kim Berg), Solid Sense have found that outplacement employees have more balance, fun and success in life after completion of this journey. Clients have indicated that coaching with Solid Sense offers more chances of a new job in comparison to other outplacement agencies. Over the past few years, we have coached hundreds of people into new jobs.

As a client, and after approval from the employee, you will receive interim reports (every three months) and updates on the coaching process. Solid Sense is a member of the Dutch Order of Professional Coaches (NOBCO), the Dutch Association for Career Professionals (NOLOC) the Dutch Professional Association of employment services, intervention and advisory agencies in the area of outplacement, career counselling and coaching, re-integration and job coaching organisations (OVAL).
