From day one, we work together with the employee to achieve a new sustainable and appropriate role outside their current organisation. We relate to the motivation level of those involved: sometimes, the employee has already dealt with the emotions of losing their job, so we start our search process from there. Where more emotional support is needed, we make use of specialists. The employee can choose from a mix of interventions which will help him/her to make the next step.
